Extension Entomology

Formerly an Extension Entomologist, Dr. Ramirez and the lab worked with county Extension faculty and staff throughout Utah to provide unbiased, research based information to the public about managing pest arthropod problems and conserving beneficial species like predators and pollinators. The Ramirez Lab is now linked to New Mexico State University Extension and encourages lab members to participate in Extension outreach to the community about pests of concern and the conservation of beneficial species.
